There’s a lot of pent-up demand for dining out, Blackwell noted in a recent article with Modern Restaurant Management, and we’re poised to stand out in the post-pandemic landscape. As 2020 was a good test for the restaurant industry, we reconfigured our processes quickly to continue meeting revenue expectations. This is the very reason why Daily Jam also earned a spot on Franchise Dictionary’s annual “Top 100 Game Changers” list.
